JPIAMR’s Virtual Research Institute expands its digital platform to connect datasets
The JPIAMR’s Virtual Research Institute (JPIAMR-VRI) recently updated its digital platform to a large extent, now allowing visitors to retrieve information on projects and networks supported under the various calls coordinated by the JPIAMR, as well as new data from many other sources. To date, JPIAMR in total has coordinated and awarded 101.7 M€, supporting 118 research projects, involving 1289 researchers representing 71 countries.
With the newest extension, the database allows users to search interactive data by investments in AMR research priority areas (as defined in the JPIAMR Strategic Research Innovation Agenda), countries of the researchers involved, and details of the individual research projects and networks. It now integrates data from many different sources, namely the McMaster’s CARD (Comprehensive Antibiotic Resistance Database) database, the Resapath database by the French ANSES, the NIH isolate browser by the National Library of Medicine, and the ATLAS database as sponsored by the company Pfizer.
