In mid-November, the AMR community welcomed the official introduction of Cures 2.0 by the bipartisan team of U.S. Reps. Diana DeGette (D-CO) and Fred Upton (R-MI).

For the majority of stakeholders PASTEUR Act is key to reinvigorating the antibiotic ecosystem as it levels the economic playing field for businesses active this field. “With PASTEUR, it will make as much sens to start an antibiotic company as to start a cancer therapy company”, John Rex comments in one of his newsletter.
