The innovative life of SMEs

On the occasion of the World Antibiotic Awareness Week (WAAW), BEAM Alliance has published a series of comics illustrating behind the scenes impressions of SMEs innovating in the field of AMR.

With providing the series, BEAM alliance points towards the different conditions companies active in R&D are currently facing – including the challenging drug and development process, the complex market obstacles, financing/funding issues and reimbursement conditions. At the same time it’s trying to explain stakeholders what is required to solve the current market failure.
