Anita Suresh

Head of Sequencing Programme, Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostics (FIND)

Anita Suresh heads the Sequencing Programme at FIND, a global diagnostic development partnership. At FIND, Anita leads the Unitaid-funded Seq&Treat project team to enable next-generation sequencing for drug-resistant TB diagnosis, in addition to sequencing strategy and implementation for surveillance, outbreaks, AMR and other areas. Anita has over 15 years of experience across the biomedical value chain, including upstream and downstream commercialization of in vitro diagnostics, grant development, technology assessment, R&D and public policy. Among her industry roles, she has led global marketing for the TB diagnostics portfolio at BD, and regional marketing for molecular technologies at QIAGEN.
Anita has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, an MSc in Bioinformatics and a BSc in Molecular Biology.
