Justin Yang is the Catalyst Office Director in the Division of Research, Innovation, and Ventures (DRIVe) within the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA). His role sits at the intersection between business and science, bringing his experience and expertise in helping life science and biotechnology entrepreneurs to grow their idea through all stages of commercialization. During his time at BARDA he has served as a project officer on Influenza, Antimicrobials, and Diagnostic development programs. He currently directs the investment mission of the BARDA Ventures program, a $250M program that focuses on global health security priorities.
