Sarah Tschudin Sutter
Sarah Tschudin Sutter (MD, MSc) is board-certified in internal medicine and infectious diseases, with a primary research focus on the transmission of multidrug resistant organisms and hospital-acquired infections. She completed her medical training at the University Hospital of Basel, Switzerland, and earned a Master’s of Science degree in Infectious Diseases Epidemiology, along with a certificate in Healthcare Epidemiology, from the John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She holds a full Professorship in Epidemiology of Infectious Diseases at the University of Basel and serves as Head of the Division of Infectious Diseases and Head of Infection Prevention and Control at the University Hospital Basel, Switzerland.
