Guillermo Tramontin

Guillermo Tramontin is an Associate Partner at Cavenagh Health, where he leads the firm’s Biotech division across Europe and the UK. With a background in Cancer Immunotherapy and Molecular Diagnosis, he combines scientific expertise with a strategic focus on venture-backed company building. Acting as a portfolio builder to VC firms, Guillermo works alongside investors and founders from Seed to Series C to assemble the leadership, boards, and talent that enable early-stage life sciences start-ups to scale. He is also involved in the fight against AMR through Cavenagh Health’s partnership with INCATE and by co-writing an AMR White Paper, helping to discuss how money, new ideas, and skilled people can speed up efforts to tackle this global threat.
