Dr. Neha Prasad is a scientific go-to-market strategist, skilled at navigating early-stage decision-making for medical start-ups by anticipating downstream implications. She has advised 75+ companies during her tenure with Rubrum Advising, where she develops and executes market access strategies that align regulatory, clinical, commercial, and policy outcomes in collaboration with recognized healthcare leaders and U.S. reimbursement experts. Dr. Prasad earned her Ph.D. in chemistry & chemical biology from UCSF with a long-standing focus on antimicrobial resistance. She has previously held business development and portfolio strategy roles with Felix Biotech (phage therapy start-up), Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and the Antimicrobials Branch at BARDA (US Gov).
