AMR Conference Conference

About the AMR Conference

The AMR Conference has grown over the past decade into one of the leading international platforms dedicated to tackling one of the most pressing health challenges of our time: antimicrobial resistance (AMR). It brings together SMEs, start-ups, big pharma, academia, investors, and public institutions to explore strategies and address the real-world hurdles of advancing novel antimicrobial treatments and diagnostics.

In 2026, the AMR Conference marks its 10th anniversary – a milestone that underscores the growing relevance and urgency of this global issue. This special edition will not only continue to deliver cutting-edge insights across scientific, regulatory, financial, and policy areas but also celebrate a decade of innovation, collaboration, and progress in the AMR field. Participants can look forward to high-level keynotes, interactive sessions, and expert panels designed to spark discussion, inspire fresh ideas, and highlight the latest breakthroughs.

True to its mission, the conference will once again cover the full innovation value chain – from early scientific discoveries and preclinical research to clinical development, funding models, and strategies for sustainable market access. Dedicated tracks will explore opportunities in financing, public funding for R&D, manufacturing, and investors’ perspectives. Beyond the formal program, the conference thrives on its vibrant networking atmosphere. One-to-one partnering remains at the heart of the event, providing an invaluable space to build meaningful connections across the global AMR ecosystem.

Among the highlights, attendees can expect the dynamic start-up pitch, a diverse poster exhibition, and countless opportunities to meet peers, partners, and potential collaborators. As we celebrate 10 years of the AMR Conference, this anniversary edition is set to be more than just a meeting – it will be a showcase of collective ambition and a rallying point for those committed to driving real impact against antimicrobial resistance.

The AMR Conference is jointly organized by BEAM Alliance and bamconn GmbH.
