Herbert Wetli

Herbert Wetli, Head of Pharmaceutical Development at GARDP in Geneva, Switzerland, has over 20 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical development and manufacturing across all stages of development and manufacturing. Prior joining GARDP, he held scientific and managerial positions of increasing responsibility in R&D and manufacturing organizations, including Roche, Aenova, Bayer, Eli Lilly and Company (Elanco), Vifor Pharma and Corden Pharma. Herbert has a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Basel and a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry & Pharmacology from the University of Bern, and has held postdoctoral positions at the Novartis Institute of Biomedical Research (NIBR) and Harvard University.
