Marie Petit is the former coordinator of the BEAM Alliance, where she acted together with its members and the AMR ecosystem for a greater recognition of AMR and the specific role played by SMEs.
She leads Villiger Valuation, a Swiss consultancy specialized in valuation in the biopharma/medical sector, where she reviews around a hundred R&D projects & technology platforms yearly amounting to USD 2-6bn value. She typically supports in situation of fundraising, IPO (Nasdaq and SIX), partnering and fairness opinion for accounting, regulatory, legal or tax purposes.
From there, she observes the deviation between Value of Science and Value of Cash, over time and in/out of infectious diseases.
She regularly serves as expert to incubators, accelerators, biotech associations as well as a master’s degree in bio-entrepreneurship in Europe.
