Robert Kimbui is the SECURE Project Lead for the Global Access Team at the Global Antibiotic Research & Development Partnership (GARDP), where he leads international efforts to expand equitable access to life-saving antibiotics across low- and middle-income countries. He works closely with WHO, governments, manufacturers, and regional bodies to develop sustainable access and market-shaping pathways for priority antibiotics.
With over a decade of experience in global pharmaceutical supply chains and public health access, Robert previously held leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, where he led emerging-market and global health supply strategies across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. He is a pharmacist by training with a background in health economics and is deeply committed to advancing solutions that bridge innovation and patient access in the fight against antimicrobial resistance.
