Prof. Dr. Sibyl Anthierens, a social scientist and qualitative research expert, is based at the Department of Family Medicine and Population Health, Faculty of Health and Medicine, UAntwerpen, Belgium. As a member of the coordinating committee of ECRAID (European Clinical Research Alliance on Infectious Diseases), she has played a pivotal role in advancing social science research integrated into large-scale European projects.

Her work delves into the social and behavioral dimensions of healthcare, exploring all relevant stakeholders experiences during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
