Zoë Molyneux
Zoe Molyneux is a Policy Lead at the Wellcome Trust, focused on the delivery of policy and advocacy activities to support Wellcome’s infectious disease strategic programme. This includes work to support global-level action on antimicrobial resistance, on the R&D ecosystem for infectious disease, and related issues.
She joined Wellcome from the UK government, having previously led on the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office’s (FCDO) core funding to the World Health Organisation, as well as advising on the international development relationship, representing the UK at WHO governing bodies and supporting the UK’s co-ordinated engagment during the COVID-19 response. Before this she held senior policy roles at the UK Cabinet Office, Cancer Research UK and in the higher education sector.
Zoe has an MSc in Social Policy from the London School of Economics and a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Manchester.
