Christopher Lim is a global health and supply chain leader with over two decades of cross-sector executive experience spanning the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, management consulting, and public health sectors across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
A national of Singapore, he holds a Doctorate in Public Health Leadership, MPH, MBA, and a dual-major Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Information Systems, with Economics and Corporate Finance.
As Chief of the PAHO Strategic Fund, he directs one of the region’s pivotal technical and pooled procurement mechanisms, advancing equitable access to quality-assured public health supplies across the Americas. He leads innovative, inter-programmatic strategies that strengthen national health systems, shape regional markets, and improve access to essential medicines and technologies.
With a career that includes senior roles in multinational corporations and leadership in management consulting, strategic sourcing, and supply chain transformation, Christopher brings a unique blend of technical acumen, financial insight, and diplomatic agility. His work is rooted in a mission to drive transformative change and close the equity gap in health across the Americas.
