Toby Leslie

Dr Toby Leslie is an infectious disease epidemiologist who has worked in disease control and surveillance for more than 20 years. He has worked in NGOs in Africa and Asia, in academia, for the Global Fund for AIDS, TB and Malaria, and in the private sector. Areas of expertise include malaria, neglected tropical diseases, disease surveillance, laboratory systems, One Health, and AMR. He joined Mott MacDonald in 2015 and has served as the Global Technical Lead for the Fleming Fund Management Agent (Mott MacDonald) since 2016. He holds an MSc in Control of Infectious Diseases (2002) and a PhD in malaria epidemiology (2009) from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
